POLICIES & PROCEDURES
It is our intention to provide our guests with professional therapeutic experiences. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular guests.
The Golden Space Indonesia understands that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as car problems or household issues are just a few reasons why one might consider rescheduling a therapy appointment.
In our commitment to provide outstanding therapeutic experiences to all of our clients and out of consideration for our practitioners' time, we have adopted the following policies:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled your appointment time. This allows you time to fill out the client detail form (new clients) and settle down prior to your private session or class. All services have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival is inevitable, your service(s) may be shortened in order to keep it on schedule. The original treatment fee will be charged.
All +Energy Solutions / Meditation are valid for 90 days (effective as of commencement of First Session / Workshop). The Optimum Experience is valid for 180 days (effective as of the commencement of First Session / Workshop).
PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY-
All payment made for our services (i.e. packages, private sessions or workshops) are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non- transferable. However, credit is transferable to other services (of the same or lower value) provided. Un-utilised credit will not be returned.
Upon the commencement of any of our services, no refund or credit will be given. All fees and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY-
In the event you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to us. Each client is allowed one (1) appointment postponement. Any subsequent cancellation will result in the session being forfeited.
Clients who fail to show up for their first (1st) appointment without notification will be only be allowed one (1) postponement. Any subsequent cancellation will result in the session being forfeited.
In the event you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 7 days notice to us. Cancellation within 4 days before the appointment, will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the paid price and the rest will be given as credit or voucher. Cancellation within 24 hours before the appointment, will be subject to a penalty of 100% of the paid price and no credit or voucher will be given.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY-
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedules allow, we may be able to accommodate a full appointment. This will be made at our discretion and only with proper, advance notice of your late arrival. The original treatment fee will still be charged.
Prior to each therapy session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with us, you will be asked to fill out our client detail form to give us a better understanding on your overall wellbeing prior to commencement of our services.
• The discussion between the practitioner and the client will be kept private and confidential.
• Throughout the session, the practitioner would be happy to listen to your issues and share their professional expertise to help you overcome these challenges.
EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS-
• It is the responsibility of the client to keep the practitioner informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide us a diagnosis from the physician, chiropractor or medical doctor to help us better understand your existing condition.
• The client must also keep the practitioner informed of any changes or developments in their health condition throughout the sessions.
