Meilinda Sutanto is a director and certified meditation instructor of The Golden Space. She is also a certified health coach (CHC) of Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. She has completed a total training time of 2000 hours in holistic health. She was named by Fortune Magazine 40 under 40 for influential young leaders in 2012 and is a successful serial entrepreneur. She provides holistic health coaching to high functioning individuals who are dealing with the stress of life, specifically in the area of holistic nutrition & stress management adopting an intuitive eating & anti-diet approach to wellness. She empowers individuals to take charge of their overall health from the inside out, in order to create a sustainable permanent solution for their well-being through behavioural change so they are able to live the most fulfilled and happy lives.
