Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize campaigns

  • Social Media experiences

  • Ability to work with websites (Wix, Shopify; willing to learn)

  • Simple copy writing skills

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

  • Layout and design graphics and production for product/service documentation and printed and digital collateral

  • Develop graphics for emails, banner ads, website, poster, flyer and social media campaigns

  • Create illustrations, diagrams, storyboards, and narratives to be used in presentations

  • Unique ability to translate product/service requirements into thoughtful designs that push the product/service forward

  • Takes direction and input from supervisor to create design solutions that meet and exceed the company's design standards

  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

  • Ability to manage timelines and workload

  • Great attitude, highly collaborative, able to work in a dynamic start-up environment

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

  • 3-6 years of experience in graphic design

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design apps

  • Possess photography and video editing skills

  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

  • Portfolio of work

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; develop, implement, enforce and evaluate policies and procedures; develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
• Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
• Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
• Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
• Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to product quality, customer service, or any other incidents.
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Work closely with Board of Directors to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at meetings


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience as Operations Manager
• Able to work in shifts/on weekends

Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Committed to accomplish accounting operational objectives by contributing info and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; identify trends; propose system improvements; implement change.

  • Quick in correctly preparing financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.

  • Able to execute accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; following accounting policies and procedures.

  • Firm in preserving financial security by establishing internal controls.

  • Able to navigate legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.

  • Committed to holding organization's value by keeping information confidential.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of working experiences in Accounting and Finance.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required. 

  • Ability to multi-task, work in a team, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.

  • Excellent English proficiency.

  • Brevet A & B tax license is preferred

Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Developing the strategy used in marketing The Golden Space Indonesia services and products online

  • Taking charge of engagement on all online platforms, including social media posting, blog, web analytics, email marketing and search engine optimization, among others.

  • Putting together various online promotions and e-mailing campaigns as well as performing consumer research to discover other ways of reaching new customers via the Internet.

  • Copywriting and writing for online campaign and blog.

  • Translating business goals into successful SEO campaigns, analyze the performance of SEO efforts and increase search engine rankings for The Golden Space website

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Min. 3 years of working experience in digital marketing.

  • Excellent at digital marketing, social media, marketing, copywriting, SEO, negotiation, sales, and writing.

  • Fluent in English & Indonesian.
